1. Introduction

Hospitality Passport ("HP", "we", "our", "us") provides online training modules, accreditation, and digital passport services for candidates and operators. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a candidate account. Operators must be authorised representatives of their organisation.

3. Services Provided

HP provides:

  • access to accredited training modules
  • digital passport creation
  • certificate storage and verification
  • operator dashboards for compliance tracking
  • renewal and revalidation services

We may update or improve the platform at any time.

4. Candidate Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You must provide accurate information during onboarding.

5. Payments

Candidates pay the advertised fee for the Hospitality Passport. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable once training has been accessed.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • misuse the platform
  • attempt to access data you are not authorised to view
  • interfere with system security or performance

7. Certificates & Accreditation

Training modules are delivered by third-party training providers. HP stores completion data and certificates but is not responsible for the content or accreditation standards of external providers.

8. Operator Access

Operators may view candidate progress and certificates for compliance purposes. Operators must comply with GDPR and only access data relevant to their organisation.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HP, you consent to this processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology belong to Hospitality Passport Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

HP is not liable for:

  • training provider content
  • employment decisions made by operators
  • downtime or interruptions caused by third-party services

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
